A few months ago my close friend Lyndon was struck by a vehicle being occupied by a person more concerned about her phone and texting than the road she merged into him going about 45mph. They assisted with locating a physical therapist and chiropractor for him in the area and also transportation since the accident damaged his hands. I was hit by an uninsured motorist and left with severe injuries. My insurance company would NOT pay me the full coverage of my uninsured motorist policy, even though the policy was $12,000 less than my med bills. Cheryl from Overchuck Law Firm took my case. She took on the insurance adjuster and the adjuster finally gave in and approved the full amount of my policy. Then Cheryl negotiated with my medical provider to reduce the bills by more than 75%. I was hoping to just have the bills covered and now I will actually receive some money back. I thank G-d for Cheryl's work on my behalf!
