This law firm practices outside of the actual law. They handle cases that are not legit and draw up papers that are against the law. Beware with using them it will come back on you eventually.

We have used HW&W for several years for hundreds+ of leases and several evictions for our orlando property management company. We found their service to be excellent and their prices are very reasonable. They truly represent the landlords best interests and it is great to have a partner like HW&W who increases the value we bring to our clients.

they do not care for clients. if you are doing evictions with them, they delay and forget about your case until you ask for an update and they suddenly remember to file with the courts. they do not admit their mistake either. do not recommend working with them, waste of money. there are cheaper and more client-friendly law firms to work with.

These attorneys pride and self I’m taking the family out of the houses for being 10 days late on their rent these attorney are worthless this is the reason why people go to hell they don’t know the reason of why in the person is late I don’t care if That tenet is going through a family emergency so with that said from the bottom my heart I hope ya all go to hell Sincerely

Terrible experience! It took a week just to talk to someone. At this point all that was done was talking in circles and avoidance of getting the process needed started.
