A year ago I had a difficult closing which needed to be completed by 31 Dec to offset the income gains from my client's deployment to Afghanistan. After 2 buyers backed out the third buyer's closing was coming down to the wire. Ashley was available late into the night to ensure the closing happened on time and Tony Surber personally stepped in to get the funds wired and the transaction closed. Having been in the Mortgage industry for nearly 17 years, I often cringe when closing take place with an Attorney instead of Title Company as their fees are generally more expensive and Attorney's offices communication typically stinks.
