The advantage of having legal representation during a real-estate & title transaction, or anything for that matter, is completely key.
In my case, there was a mistake Hillsborough County made in their error which affected a title transaction, and I'm convinced without Aman Law Firm representing me and contacting the individuals, I would not have received the fast track treatment I did versus service with a plain title company.
