While riding my scooter to work a women in a SUV ran a red light and slammed into me. Resulting in me being in the hospital for 2-weeks and in a hospital bed for 3 more months to heal. I cannot be more please with the way that my case was handled by Roman & Gaynor with the accident happening on a Saturday I was told by couple friends to call Mark Roman he made himself available on Monday morning from that time on I was very comfortable talking about my concerns and rights asking questions with him. Mark Roman just completed an action for me. I was rear ended by a young girl that said she did not see me stopped in traffic in front of her. I'm wondering how you miss the brake lights of a Mercedes E350 completely stopped a few feet in front of you? Unfortunately, the genius Rick Scott has screwed up insurance in this state so often we find that we need to take legal actions against our own insurance company to get even our medical bills paid. If you have previous medical issues involving the same area of your body, good luck. I was a military parachutist for more than 30 years so I have no joints left intact, including my cervical, thoracic or lumbar spines. Mark took on my case which many lawyers told me I'd get nothing due to previous injuries, got we could from the girl texting while driving down the street, and unfortunately had to threaten legal action against my own insurer go get me a good recovery package. Lawyers are very different from one another. Be very careful in your choice. The cheapest is rarely the best. I acted on a referral from another Clearwater lawyer that I know very well. Do not leap until you know what you are doing. I trusted Mark Roman and was not unhappy at all.
