Excellent service & communications from Mr. Disparti. He would always take my call, unless he was on another line with another client or with a client in his office. He would always return my calls the same day or the next day. I was so happy that I was approved within 6 months, because of my spinal damage. My only issue, was with my caseworker (Victoria). I could never seem to get her to return my calls. However, Mr. Disparti stated, " If I had not received a return call from my caseworker (Victoria) within 24 hours, I was to call him directly". I'm not sure if she is new to his practice or just new to the feild, but clients need a return call. I would still highly recommend this firm & give the firm a 5 ***** rating. Should I ever need Mr. Disparti services in the future, I would not hesitate to use his firm again & again.

My suggesting if you need a defense attorney and attorney for Social Security they are the best of the best I highly recommend them very easy to talk to they return calls promptly any questions are always answered

Took me one yr to settle with incredible results. #1 make sure you have proof and plenty of Records ( do not blame the attorney for your lack of cooperation) #2 Always tell them any changes do not give surprises to them . #3 do your homework when hiring a firm . I would like to write a testimony :

Back in 2016, I coded in Tampa General Hospital Emergency room. I thought I had pink eye but it was an allergic reaction to blood pressure medication. By the grace of God, I lived after being in a coma for 5 days.

I was working as the IT Director for a company in Brandon Florida. When I was in the hospital they decided to replace me. And they eventually did.

I was jobless and unable to find work due to health complication. I had to accept that I was disabled and I would need to file for disability. My Cousin Cerf Regis refer me to The Disparti Law firm.

I immediately decided to utilize this firm because I was told that filing for disability could get complicated. This was true. Filing for disability was like pulling teeth. In the meanwhile, I was suffering from health complications. The efforts that were required to successfully get my disability is mind-boggling. I would not have been able to do on my own. And for this, I am grateful and fully encourage anyone to use this Law Firm.

But more so, I appreciate, Neelam Sahadeo and what I hope is company policy. After my case was finally won, I had questions and issues I needed help with. She helped and advised. And this is why I feel that this is a stellar Law Firm. Because I live with health issues, but without fear. If it would have let me I would give them no stars they agreed to represent me in my disability claim which I filed on my own got denied and went to disparti they filed an appeal then they dropped me as a client a few months before my hearing so I had no time to find another attorney to represent me so I went to my hearing on my own behalf and won now disparti is try to collect 7000 dollars from me when they did nothing for me other than file one appeal which I could of done on my own. They are scumbags and dont deserve a dime he needs to be disbarred

Great people and service!

I was overall satisfied, but theyre not who I'd use again. They failed to tell me that SS goes by your last 10 years of employment & you need to have 5 years of work history. I had like 4 yrs 3months, so i got the base amount of disability. If they would have told me i needed 5 years, i would have struggled through & continued working & i could have gotten full disability. The lawyer was never involved, his assistant did everything with me. I still had to fill out all the paperwork, & do everything. Really all they did was collect a 3rd of my disability money. I had their clout which helped me get my disability, but they actually did very little. Definitely not worth the thousands of dollars they got. And then after its all over they wanna send me a bill for 19$ for some copies of records they made... another money hungry attorney who gets by on their reputation and not their actual work. Im thankful i got to use their clout & reputation, but I'd never use them again.

The people at the firm are great ! If you are SSI Disability you just have to be patient, the system is so back logged. They have an awesome program that helps with debt collectors. Actually got one of mine removed because the debt agency went above and beyond what the Law allows. This service is free to clients. Really helped me. There were a few things that did not go in my favor but that was the judge's call and we have to respect what is ordered. The attorney was very professional, and represented himself well in the hearing. Thank You Disparti !!!

Horrible!! The junior Atty that went to court with me didn't open his mouth. Cost me my disability. Had to file my own appeal. You would do better with a monkey and a note in his mouth. They do not return calls. The possitive responses must be from employees and their friends because there is a bonus involved.
