I've known of Alpha Agency for years but never expected to be able to use their services. My thoughts about private investigators were limited to what I've seen in movies and television! I've been enjoying Alpha Agency's online ads which are informative and often entertaining. Through the ads, I've started to understand that they can help in many different circumstances and situations. I recently hired them to resolve an ongoing conflict with another business. What was important to me was that my relationship with the other business not be harmed as I really like and care for the other party. Not only did Alpha Agency resolve the issue in a small amount of time (1 week!) but they did so in a way that helped *improve* the relationship! Communications have been re-established and the conflict was resolved to the satisfaction of both parties. Remarkable! Highly recommend!

I hired this agency to run a background check on someone that I had met, wanted to trust yet was unsure. The report that received within 24 hours of my request was a very thorough 11 page report that detailed addresses, traffic tickets, any criminal issues; which for me were none. I had questions interpreting the report, the agency was very prompt in returning my telephone call to answer all my questions. This service helped me make an important decision in my life based on the information I received. I would hire them again if and when the need arises!

I was having a particular problem. I hired Alpha Agency to resolve that issue and they were fast, professional, courteous and effective. I will definitely hire them again if a similar issue should arise.

Padded billing. I was quoted a fee, based on an hourly rate and it took an hour less than what was quoted and I never received a refund.
I asked that they testify in court on my behalf and was informed it would be $500 retainer for each person and another $200/hour per person and they determined that it would take 10 hours each to prep for court. So basically I would have to pay them $5000 for testimony. What ever happened to just doing the right thing?
I was not impressed with their services and will not use them again, nor will I suggest them to anyone in the future. Don't waste your time or money on this agency it is a rip-off.

Mr. Wayne Miles was great! Mr. Miles was able to provide what I believed was impossible for 20 years... He was able to provide information within minutes & a full report at 10PM! Definitely recommend his services... Thank you soooo very much!!!!

Alpha Agency is a very trustworthy and professional business and I would definitely recommend them to any of my friends or family. I was very untrusting of anyone when I decided to give them a chance. All the previous reviews rang true and they exceeded my expectations! When my needs changed, they were very understanding and even refunded me the unused portion of my retainer fee. Very approachable, easy to contact and Wayne was always a pleasure to deal with!
