This Dr. Is horrible, I wish I read the reviews first. First sign, was nobody was in the waiting room. The receptionist was pleasant. He came in took my vitals when I had a swestshirt on and never asked me one question or explanation as to why I was there. When I tried to engage with him he was rude and had no interest in whatever was coming out my mouth... And it looks like I have to go to another Dr. Cuz what he prescribed made me feel better 4 24 hrs.

The office area seemed to be clean. When l was called back to the to be seen by Doctor. The place was gross. The exam room doors looked like an auto service center. The restroom was awful. It is very difficult to give a UA without sitting on the toilet. I was my hands several times even the sink was awful. The Doctor was very difficult to understand. I am not a young person and l do have a urinary tract infection. I asked for a Med. note for my employer which they gave me for one day off which is ridiculous. The Dr. told me he could only give me one day. I am in pain and feel awful but that is that I suggest on one goes there l have contacted my ins. gave the this info and they are going to investigate. The gal upfront was very nice. She was the only good thing at that practice

I have been going here for years and I trust him and his staff completely. He knows what he is doing and does not chit chat because he concentrates on his work. Too many people want doctor's and a balloon instead of getting directly to the problem. He cares and will tell you when you need to lose weight which offends some but it's for your own good. I don't know if people expect the red carpet rolled out for them or what but I am very pleased and will continue going there.
Office is like walking back into the stone age. There is no medical equipment on site, so if any tests are needed you will have to go somewhere else to have completed. Couldn't understand what the DR was saying. Its right next door to a nail salon in a plaza mall. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else!

This was the best experience at a Dr office I’ve ever had. I have shingles... they got me in and out so fast and even looked up where I could get the medicine the cheapest. All dr visits should be this simple and good

I was completely disappointed and will never return. The doctor did not listen to me about my symptoms. She was very rude and even went as far as to argue with me about my throat infection.

I've been going to Dr. Brar for several years now – I appreciate how quickly I can get into see him and the flexibility of their hours. I find him to be very experienced, great patient manners and really cares about his patients.

Went in feeling horrible with the flu. Horrible bedside manner. The doctor treated me like I was a little girl and berated me.

I am completely UNIMPRESSED!
Staff was very rude and frankly do not care at all about their "patients". The lady who "checked" my vitals, yeah.. she went to check my temp twice and both times she was having issues with the machine so she decided to skip it all together. Then when I go see the doc, he mentioned my temp was "97" I then told him "No, its not, she didn't check it." he replied.. "its 97".
He is very quick in and out.. so quick in fact I didn't know he was finished when he decided to step out... He stepped out and yelled from another room "you are done"... Okay.. I am done? You're not going to tell me what's wrong? Just tell me you are going to prescribe me a whole bunch of different prescriptions and tell me to be on my way? GREAT SERVICE... I spent maybe 20 mins there total and $90.00 to be seen for the WORST service ever.
I really hope i do not have something seriously wrong, but even I were fine.. I wouldn't know.. He didn't tell me!! I just stormed out of the office...
I'll be sure to warn everyone and anyone who ever needs a Walk in to AVOID THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!!!

I see a lot of bad reviews for this clinic from the last year or so, from people who just didn't know what to expect - so I decided to let everyone know what they *should* actually be expecting. Having expectations in line with reality will save much disappointment.
Dr. Brar is the guy you want if you already know exactly what's wrong with you and just need someone to turn the key to the (non-narcotic) prescription gateway so you can get your meds refilled without having to order them from overseas. Then, he's great. Fast, convenient, and no need for appointments. In and out in 2.5 minutes - it's the closest thing to a drive-through that you're gonna get.
If you don't know what's wrong with you, go somewhere else. Personally I don't go to a doctor until I've researched everything half to death, so unless I'm utterly baffled, I appreciate being able to tell a doctor "it's this, so give me this" and not get an argument about it.
One warning is that this clinic is classed by insurance companies as "urgent care." Because of that, you will actually save money if you do NOT use your insurance. Pay cash instead unless it's your first visit. The cash price for a repeat visit is lower with cash or CC than if you wave your card, assuming you haven't already maxed your deductibles/copays.
I would have rated 5 stars, but do have to agree that the "stethoscope test" is a joke, and I wouldn't come here if I didn't already know exactly what I needed (including dosages). As for him being rude, he's always been professional to me, though fast and very unwilling to chit-chat.

Worst clinic ever. Actually made my daughter's ear problem worse, and refused to flush her ear. We went to another clinic and they fixed the problem immediately.

Waited 20mins to be acknowledged, another 40 to be seen, & the doctor told me I wasn't sick when I've been shaking & have a fever over 100°. Just take Zyrtec & Advil. Will not be visiting again

I appreciate how friendly the staff is and that the wait time was accurate to what I was told. This Doctor is very educated and tries to get right down to the problem, he is very friendly and answered all of my questions without rushing me but does not chit chat too much. My expectations were exceeded!

A bit disappointed with this place. Went in because of muscle spasms in my back and was prescribed some meds. I was on my 3rd dose and I was still having pain and spasms. Called to inform Dr that the meds prescribed (Vicodin & Flexeral) had no effect and if it was something I should be concerned about. The receptionist came back and said the Dr said I should either go to the ER or to a Pain Management clinic. I was expecting perhaps since he was my Dr he would prescribe something else or want to see me again but instead brushed me off and make me feel like I only wanted drugs. Yes I wanted drugs - ones that would deal with the pain I am in. Time to find a new Dr.
Since writing this review I have started having side effects from the Vicodin. These side effects are listed under "inform your doctor right away" list. Due to the way I was treated when I called before I feel it would do me no good to call now because of this. For a Dr to make you feel like he would be of no help is no real Dr. Perhaps because I was a no insurance cash paying patient he feels I am just not profitable enough to be concerned with.

I came in expecting help with what felt like a heart attack. The doctor looked at me, said I'm fine, authorized an EKG, and that was it. By the time I reach the doctor my panic attack slowed down. As of October 3rd, I received a call stating I owe this company at least $1000 for a service that is not worth that much. I felt the doctor did not take my issue seriously and I really felt like I had a heart attack. Overall, I give this business 2 stars because at least the attendant listened to my problem. But I would suggest anyone with Blue Cross Blue Shield avoid this business. This business needs to post a warning that they are out of network for blue cross blue shield. I'm currently in the process of getting this claim covered but its such a hassle.

This was a great experience. Every time I went in there I was treated for what I went in for. Did not have the usual "you have this, and you also need this extra stuff". (That big clinics always do.) The staff is super friendly and always polite. Its quick and convenient for me as I always go on my lunch time.(because they don't close for lunch like other clinic). And in and out in no time.

Horrible experience! I don't recommend them AT ALL!! Doctor ran his stethoscope across my back and chest as if he was playing pak-man. There's no way he could have heard anything going on within me. On top of that, he didn't even spend 5 minutes with me after I waited nearly 45 minutes, even though there was only one other person in the clinic at the time. The ONLY reason I am giving them one star is that the system wouldn't let me post the review with no stars.

I have been going here for years. Dr. Brar and all of his staff have always been very nice and have always taken great care of not only myself but my Family as well! Highly recommended. If your co-pay is high it is not the Dr.'s fault, it is that of your insurance!

Only reason why I'm giving a rating of one star is because of the kind lady up front. The doc is a quack!!!! Basic medical knowledge at the most. 75 dollars or comp.. You getting what your paying. Dr. Brar was very rude. I couldn't even explain injury to him without being talk over.

Extremely disappointed with this clinic and their service. The name of the clinic is "Premier WALK-IN Clinic" but charges you for urgent care, which is $75 for me. The whole reason I went there was because it was a walk-in clinic. So 1) false advertising. I came in knowing I had strep, and the doctor spent not even 5 minutes in the exam room. Not only did he talk over me multiple times, he wouldn't even let me explain my symptoms and problems. He looked at my throat for half a second and no strep test was done. I had more questions regarding my health, but he was rushing me out the exam room and would talk to me with the door open when I wasn't even finished asking all the questions I had. I'm in school for medical assisting, and this is NOT how you care for patients. I paid $75 for quality care that I never received. Highly suggest just going to Watson, at least they care about the people they see.

If I could rate 0, I would. Stay far away as you can. I went in for a dermatology problem. He barely glanced at me, insisted that it was a fungus. After spending over $90 the problem ccontinued to spread, not lessening at all. I went to a real dermatolgist, I had a viral infection that required no medicine.
He needs to go back to meds school or restudy webmd.

Recommend him highly. He know exactly what is wrong, gives the right advise. I appreciate him, he comes right to be point, not chit chad, it takes 5-10 mi minutes, for him to see me. I am on my way, he has threated me for bladder infection, 8-10 in the last 3 years for ear and sinus infections. I could co to my own doctor Adam Parker, without co pay, but prefer this doctor. Been with him for 5 years with all my everyday little sicknesses. He is great, the staff is great. Love the 2 women, doctor has no personality, but this is OK for patients, because you get seen in 5-10 minutes, because he does not talk, he is all business. Wished I could go there for my primary doctor. As a mother of a son who is a physician, I recommend this fast and reasonable clinic.

I have been going to Premier Walk in Clinic and seeing Dr. Brar there, for several years now, and in my opinion he's one of the best doctors in Lakeland, Florida. Everytime I have been sick with something, he knows exactly what it is and treats me properly with immediate care. It may be a walk in clinic, but I consider him my primary care doctor and I would recommend his services to anyone. His staff is always courteous and they sure have helped me a LOT in the past and I don't intend on changing doctors as long as he will continue to be my primary care doctor. I can't say enough good things about this doctor and his staff. I've been through a lot of things, and I thank Dr. Brar and his staff for the excellent treatment and concern and care they have always given me. From Susanne Piper in Lakeland Florida

This was my worker comp doctor, I seen the Dr several times and he never once actually looked and my injury, wouldn't send me for the correct treatment and was very arrogant. Got a second opinion and i should have been looked at a LONG time ago. VERY poor Dr. all he will do is write a script and tell you nothing is wrong.
