I just had a interview today with Traci Ward this was the rudest woman that I have ever met in my life. During the interview the whole entire time it was a hostile environment Traci rolled her eyes and rolled her neck the whole time in interview. As Traci flicked my resume she asked me what did I expect in salary because I was coming from a little temp agency, as if my vaule or worth was less because I applied through a temp agency? The funny thing is my resume was hand picked by Traci and the salary expectations were already presented on website so that was a question that didnt even need to be asked... If temp agencies arent good enough why go through them to employ people for your business? If I was not qualified why waste your time to even set up a interview? Before I relocated to Lakeland Florida I was working for a Fortune 500 company making very good money. She questioned me about Medicaid and if I was knowledgeable about Medicaid if she would have read my resume she would have seen that all I did was process Medicaid claims. She treated me as if I was uneducated and ignorant which that is not the case. The format she aske questions, "Do you even know what assets are?" My response yes, her response " well name them. " Do you even know what we do?"She then went on to say she would not tolerate me being on my phone or company gossip or I would be dismissed as she can look at me and see that that's all I would do?. There was no business etiquette whatsoever. Bottom line is that I had to dismiss myself from the interview. I don't even know how she is employed she has no customer service skills whatsoever. The problem must have had to been personal because the prior interview before I walked in she came out of the office laughing and talking with the other woman who had just left and was saying how much they had in common and she also offered her $15 hr(this was much less than I was making before relocating)didn't ask her what she wanted to be paid or what she was expecting to be paid or mention anything about coming from a temp agency and must have had to be the color of my skin. Tracy gave me some background about the company and stated that a lot of times their clients come from assisted living facilities to make small talk I mentioned that my father owned a assisted living facility she looked at me sarcastically and said oh I didn't know that anyone could own a assisted living facility Really? Bottom line she treated me very poorly, the environment was hostile from start to finish with me having to dismiss myself.

This is an awesome group of people who know what they are doing & get it done. They helped us get assistance for our Mother, got all the paperwork done & then patiently waited with us for a year until they had a bed available at nursing home. Within 5 weeks she was approved!!!! Highly recommend!!! They are worth their weight in gold.
