Do yourself a favor and stay away from this practice. She will overcharge you, yell at you and misguide you. If someone is happy with her, then the reason is that she will lower your expectation and basically will tell you that you deserve nothing and when you get something you are happy and think that she has caused miracles. This is her tactic. She represented me in my divorce case and she was absolutely unprofessional and horrible. She will send a junior attorney without your knowledge to the court to represent you, then the practice will charge you to brief her what happened in the court. Mind it that even for the court time, she will charge you her rate when there is only an assistant representing you. They will conference you over your case without your presence and then charge you to brief each other. She will say that she will meet you before the court, and she will be late EVERY SINGLE time. She was late to all three mediations and all my court dates - one court date was going to be canceled when she royally entered the court. My ex had a false DVI case on me and she referred me to her fellow attorney Mark in her practice. This guy and Eileen told me to say I am guilty when I was not. Basically they told me that Chris Regano is very powerful and so I should just say I am guilty. They both did not do ANYTHING to help me. I gave them proofs that the DVI case was wrong and they could not even use the proofs. Eileen just stuffed it in her case and did not even bother to look at it. When Mark saw Chris Regano in the court, he almost was peeing in his pants. he kept on telling me that how good Regano is and I told him that we have proofs and I am telling the truth so why should I be worried about Regano. The Judge dismissed my DVI case as Regano could not proof anything and Mark could not utter five sentences in the court. He was pathetic. I don't even know where to start and where to end . I hope God does justice to her and her unprofessional and unethical associates. When I went to her office during my divorce, at three different occasion I saw the clients crying standing outside the building by their car. She is only good in the first consultation and once you are stuck with her and given her retainer, then she will show you the real colors. I wish I had resources to file a lawsuit against her for exploiting and misleading the clients. Stay Away from her. After almost an year and half with her in torture, I had to empty my IRA and went to another lawyer who could take Chris Regano and in the end Regano lost in divorce case as my case was very strong and it was based on facts and truth. Regano is mastermind in harassing and fabricating but the truth is still the truth. Eileen tries to come off as Bull dog but in front of Chris, she was a scared cat and rather than defending me in the court, she will come late and try to please Regano and give me wrong advice or she will send someone else. She told me to let go of children's custody, she told me to say I am guilty in DVI and she told me that I will NEVER get any alimony and she even had the guts to tell me that I should have NEVER quit my job to raise the kids and since I made that choice, no wonder I will be poor now.
if you have a divorce case with child custody or money missing - she is NOT your attorney. Once you pay her, she will tell how "HOw you do not and should not get the custody and so let go of it and then she will take remaining money from you so you have nothing left to go to court". Please feel free to contact me if you want specific incidences of how and what she did. I had to basically browse through internet and get books to counsel myself to know my rights. You should get another lawyer in much less money than her if you just want 50% custody and your case is not that complex. If your case is complex, then she will screw you over. She won't bother to listen and see the facts.
I sure pray to God that she should not get any business as she is NOT helping anyone and she should be served Justice for her actions.

I’ve been a client of this Griffin & Associates since 2004 and always had the same lawyer representing me. When he moved on to a different law firm, which I’m guessing has a large part to do with both her kids going the firm, they wouldn’t even pass along his contact info after I was involved in a serious accident and only wanted me to be represented by Ryan griffin her son I’m guess who has been practicing law since 2018 compared to my previous lawyer with 25 yrs experience. Very classless and trashy in my opinion.

Resolved a domestic without a lot of drama.
