Wanted to take a quick minute and thank Dana Kemper, Esq at Laurie Ohall, PA. Long story short, my wife's grandmother was getting up there in age and her health was starting to diminish. Over several months she had to go into the hospital and a rehabilitation facility. Dealing with the hospitals, Medicare, Medicaid, facilities, etc was very confusing and overwhelming. She was on a very fixed income and we needed assistance in preparing Medicaid applications and other elderly contracts and documents. Laurie Ohall did an amazing job explaining the options and setting up a trust to protect my mom and her children. The end result is that my mom was able to remain in an excellent nursing home for many years and her extended stay did not drain the resources of us, her children. Because we did not need to sell mom's home, the rent from it went toward her care and we did not need to worry about moving her. I highly recommend Laurie.
