I just wanted to say a few words about Seward Law Office and the staff. I fell behind on my rent. Completely my own fault. The office where i live said to me...you too late .. there is nothing you can do.. You are being evicted. I was stressed more than i have ever been in my life. I found Seward Law office on google and contacted them. With their help I was able to postpone the eviction.. gather the back rent i owed and paid it in full. The staff was incredibly nice. If you need the kind of help like i did.. please call them and talk to them. Without their help i would have lost my home. Seward was very friendly and helpful. She broke everything down for me and answered all my questions plus some. She made me feel important and took notes on everything I said. I highly recommend seeking her advice.

Alicia is the worst and most incompetent lawyer I have ever met. Not only did she show up to our mediation completely unprepared without knowing anything we had told her, she made promises to file an amendment to push the court date and never did, and then never communicated with us about it and we missed our hearing. Naturally, we were upset, so instead of fixing it, so she withdrew from the case. If you want to waste your time and money with a completely inexperienced lawyer, hire Alicia. If I could 0 stars, I would.
