First claim, responded quickly and handled the claim professionally. Second claim, informed me of steps and procedures to move forward and the retainer required but he stalled with the case stating different steps must be followed from what he initially stated over the phone prior to paying retainer. I paid the retainer based on the consultation over the phone but with his uncertainty, I don't feel comfortable moving forward with someone who is not 100% knowledgeable of the law.

Charles Pinson was hands down the best person for the job when it came to our real estate issue.
