My wife and I needed to have our wills updated and we wanted to look into having a living trust. We answered an add in the paper and an appointment to go over the details and answer our questions was set for one day the next week. Mr. King met with us at the appointed time and he went over all of our many options and questions to our complete satisfaction.

We agreed to proceed with the mutual decisions that seemed best for our Family. The documents were ready in a few weeks for our review and signing if everything looked OK. Mr. King went over all the documents page by page making sure that we understood and agreed with what was written. It was a very thorough review and everything we wanted was done. We proceeded to sign all the documents along with witnesses that he provided for our convenience.

I hired Bobby King the principal of the firm to represent me in the acquisition of a business in Largo Florida. Since I used an SBA loan facility to finance this acquisition, the process was fairly complicated.

We are now at the tail end of this process with Bobby being appointed by Wells Fargo to also act as the closing attorney and we hope to close in the next 3 weeks.

I have worked with attorneys on a weekly basis for 10 years. These attorneys are very unprofessional and disorganized. I highly recommend finding another firm to represent you. They came to court late, put an attorney on my case I never met or spoke to until the day of my hearing and I was asked to provide documentation the day of the hearing. He made a complete fool of himself! They made sure they used up every penny of my retainer after I terminated them. This was a very serious case and I was being sued for over 200k. Take my advise and find a better attorney!
