I was at the lowest point in my life when I was about to become a single mom of 2 girls. A friend referred me over to Mr. Weldon. After I met with him for the first time he encouraged me to try and work things out with my husband. Not to many attorneys want you to leave their office trying to save your marriage. When saving my marriage failed I reached back out to Mr. Weldon who assured me everything would be ok. He worked very hard on my case even up to the last day and afterwards too on other issues. He is top notch. I would recommend him to anyone who is need of a good attorney who not only cares about the case but you as person as well.

I hired Richard Weldon to handle my divorce case. I have two small children and they were my priority. Mr. Weldon was kind and straight to the point with me when telling me my rights. The worst lawyer ever never updated my case always gave me the run around i would recommend a public defender over him anyday took my money and gave no good results when i got to court he looked like a fool trying to work a deal. Mr. Weldon has represented me in a number of different cases over the last few years. He is a man of honor, integrity, and puts his clients needs before those of his own. Mr. Weldon is most recently representing me in a very bitter divorce in which my children are being used as pawns. Mr. Weldon is fighting for me as if they were children of his own. All of the money in this world could not repay him for what he has done for me. He is highly educated and knows his profession well. He is compassionate, loyal, and a fierce warrior when the time calls for it. I saw it live and in person just yesterday. Richard has handled several issues for me including my divorce. He was very easy to work with and the end result was positive. No Alimony…. and reasonable child support. Would highly recommend if you are going through a divorce.
Richard also handled some estate issues for me recently when I needed help immediately to meet a deadline after another attorney decided to bow out. What a relief that he took the time out of his busy schedule to research and ultimately complete the the work necessary and meet the short window timeline I had to deal with.
Interestingly I met some of Richards clients at a cocktail party. All were happy but when they were faced with their final bills a couple of them started complaining and refused to pay him. They made up excuses for refusing to pay for work that was contracted and completed. Sometimes the law is just not going to let you get everything you want and that is not an excuse for skipping out on your bill.
These "unhappy" clients post negative reviews that are totally unjustified. It's bad enough you stole the work he did for you. Shame!
Richard is a good guy and I have known and worked with him now for over 10 years. He has never let me down.

Richard weldon lives up to his title Criminal lawyer. I hired him to help me with my divorce case I paid them over 3 grand pretty much just to fill out the divorce papers. Now he wants to charge me another 3 grand and he has yet to do anything for me I'm still not divorced I still have to fight my ex to see my kids. And now I have to represent myself in court because he did not want to help me out any more after my money ran out. Now I cannot even request papers from him without getting a hard time. Do yourself a favor and find yourself a lawyer who cares about his people not their pockets.
