My daughter is in my ex husbands care and Julie Jouben is his attorney. I tried to warn and let them know that my daughter was being hurt and they accused me of coaching her and ignored me. I requested a guardian ad Litem from the court and Ms. Jouben said it wasn't necessary. My daughter is 8. She finally got a guardian ad Litem and told the guardian ad Litem what was happening to her. She was being abused in the worst kind of way. I hear that attorneys have ethical responsibilities toward their clients. I believe the child is first priority. I am wary about working with her on any concerns... She allowed my child to keep being abused...I do not trust her anymore... my little girl is still in the home and the abuser is still free... He works in an elementary school also.
