Roger Futerman is NOT your defender. In the initial meeting he makes it sound like he will do great things in your defense and then once he gets your money he does nothing. Cost me $5500 for him to sell me down the river. He did not keep me apprised on my case and when asked what was happening, he had no idea what was going on. He had no interest in working to defend me. He took my money and ran! I could have gotten the same result on my own and saved the $5500. Do NOT hire Roger Futerman—you have been warned!

I usually never write reviews. I have to write this and share with anyone in need of council. I had some legal issues in the past and went to county jail for 6 months. In 3 months i was arrested again. Roger Futerman was referred to me from another attorney i knew. The first thing that impressed me was the professionalism of his staff not to mention a very nice office done in good taste. Once in Roger Futermans office. He looked up my prior convictions and said he can help me with no jail time. He gave me a dollar amount and said once i retain him he would do the rest. I was told this before from the attorney that represented me when i was sentenced to county for 6 months. I could tell Roger meant what he said an i trusted him. I contacted Roger several times in the 4 months waiting for court. If he wasn't able to take my call, he would call me back the same day or the next day. Day of court...state wanted to give me minimum 9 months. I was given a fine of 750.00. No jail time and no probation.
