Kelly McCabe, I would not recommend her. She lies alot she tells you one thing and the outcome is always different and no good. She is my boyfriend's attorney and she has lied to him about everything telling him he wasn't going to prison and that she would take care of everything for him but she hasn't done anything and he is going prison. So if you have her for your attorney I highly recommend that you find someone else. She is a liar! Plain and simple..

I was wrongfully accused of a criminal action far from home and I never saw it coming.
This experience is one I would not wish on anyone except, my accuser.

I was fortunate enough to meet Joe Uccello in the cafeteria of the Pinellas County Court building. Joe was “God sent”; I explained my dilemma and asked for his assistance.
