What i know now i would have used another attorney afraid to tell the truth on the media

I am very satisfied with my experience with Jarica and her staff. Everyone is very professional and makes you feel like your case is the most important that is being worked on. Everything was done in a timely manner and everyone was very quick to respond to questions.

Worst experience of our lives. We wish we would have read the reviews and hired his wife instead. Joe was never prepared or seemed to know what was going on with our case. He seldom returned calls and when he did he would end up yelling at us and hanging up if we did not agree with his decision. We asked to go to trial and he ignored our request. We provided documentation proving opposing counsel was lying and he ignored that too. We ended up owing money to the ex-wife for falsified receipts and time. It felt like he was working for the opposite side the whole time. He hired his friend to be our GAL (who had no experience) and that was another huge mistake. When we finally went to hire another attorney he allowed opposing counsel to file the final update without our permission and never took the ten days to answer it and try to help us out.

I had a very positive experience with Cairns Law- specifically working with Jarica. I found her to be extremely helpful and invested in my situation; an uncontested divorce. The process took much longer than I thought as my ex-wife dragged her feet at every possible turn however she stood by my side through the process. Joe was very helpful as well and he was there for the final hearing which went smoothly. He had a great reputation at the courthouse which put me at ease. I pray I never have to use their services again (and I pray that for you as well) however if you have to, I would definitely recommend reaching out. They are good people!

I have worked with Jarica for 4 years regarding custody, support, and an injunction. She has been professional, on time, organized, to the point, very affordable, down to earth, responded quickly, and given me advice far beyond business hours.

I had 3 lawyers before her. The first was a friend of a friend that was disorganized and I didn't feel like he was on my side. The second screwed up court dates, despite me telling him that we had a hearing, so I had a judgment that was not in my favor since we were not present. The third nickel and dimed me for literally every ten minutes. I thank God I found Jarica!! She is truly fantastic!

If want to give money to someone who won't work for you. This is the guy! Gave him money almost a year ago. Never got a court date for my case. Gave all kinds of reasons why. Never cared about the child involved. A special needs child no less. Joe actually Scheduled a date after 4 months but got cancelled because he never made arrangements with Guardian to show up, knowing that the guardian has to be there. You know what any professional should know. The opposing consel got a court date with no problem. Joe never has me come in to go over the case, he still never speaks with the guardian or my daughters counselor. We got destroyed by opposing counsel. Hopefully if your fighting for your kid you find someone that will care about the case, because Joe definitely doesnt. Took my money and showed up unprepared. Thanks for nonservice

This place rocks have never had a better experience with a lawyer. He made it easy for me with minimal stress for me to deal with it actually was really easy and quick for me to have my divorce done! This group of people are locked in for me, my family, and my friends!!!!!!

Joe is the star in court. I'm going thru tough times with my x and how he or his wife are not open to any communication, left me to choose to go to court. My child is first then a job. Joe has a great knowledge of how to prepare for a hearing. Thanks to whoever referred me to him. People with custody battle pick a lawyer who needs u to tell the truth. Not what u want to hear. Joe represented the responded and I was the petitioner. Family court was the worst experience of my life and dealing with my child's Mother in court was a roller coaster. But Joe is a stand up guy, treated me with respect and dignity, and I could clearly see he always had our son's interest in mind. Anybody is in good hands with this guy.
