They also are very involved with the pet walk every year. They want their workers to be pet friendly and tell happy stories. Makes for a great workplace. I met with Rep to discuss a Living Will. I was greeted by the office staff who were very nice. Rep was able to answer my questions and I had the paperwork I needed to complete emailed to me within a matter of days. When I returned to complete the filing of the paperwork I met with Best and Tammy. They explained every aspect of the documents I was signing and answered any questions I had.

I have never dealt with a law office before, but I've always thought of them as being stuffy and the employees to be very reserved. I was happily surprised. Joseph M. Murphy notified me of a scheduled condominium ( Condo above Tammy Tolsma) inspection on September 3 during Hurricane Dorian knowing the complex is in an A evacuation zone and I am over 60. If not complied I face legal action.
I was told to govern myself according.
Another time I was sent a letter to sign with a 2 day deadline. I had 1.5 days to find an attorney to review the letter.
He sent me a letter with legal fees to pay. I requested an itemized time/ fee breakdown. He takes a long time to write letters and spelled my name wrong.

Great people to help with elder law

My attorney and his office staff have been amazing in helping me with a year long battle of roadblocks. They have been patient through the whole process and really seem to care for their clients.

I had been wanting to sit with someone to discuss estate planning and power of attorney, etc for a while now and had a ton of questions. My friend recommended Rep so I booked an appointment and came with my list. Rep was extremely kind and patient and took the time to explain how it all works and to answer all of my questions. He actually ended up recommending that I wait to do any kind of formal planning because where my assets were were already covered by law. He gave me some recommendations of things I could do if I wanted extra coverage and also gave me some forms I could fill out on my own that were free of charge. I truly appreciate this kind of honesty and people that are looking out for whats best for you vs. how to just make another sale.
