They understand they dealing with older people and everyone is extra patient and fully thorough to everything they do for the client. Once a client you will get much more for your money as they take care of other possible little problems as they arrive in most cases free of charge. Our situation was complicated with an ill mother out of state and trying to arrange to get her here and on Medicaid so she would have a place to come home.
