Jason Mayberry is the type of lawyer you hope for and rarely get. Knowing nothing about the law and having never even been ticketed or on the inside of a courtroom, I was very nervous about my traffic tickets and finding a lawyer to help. Jason was professional and knowledgeable but made me feel much more comfortable and helped calm my nerves. Once we were in the courtroom he took charge and argued my case like a seasoned pro. He will do everything in his power to get the outcome you're hoping for and from my experience, that's how it usually ends up with him on your side. Truly a great, smart guy who is trustworthy and 100% worth your time.

My Fiance had used Jason for a ticket last year with a really great outcome. He was very pleased with the way Jason advised him and represented him in court. I ended up in a terrible situation with a suspended license over a non-moving violation and paperwork lost in the mail. I expected to end up in court and wanted to retain Jason for representation. After the first consultation he advised me on how to handle my situation. He spoke with me for free, advised me on how to get the best outcome which included no points, and no court. He even followed up with me just to make sure everything went smooth. I was very impressed, he could have advised me to retain him and let him represent me in court, however the best, as well as cheapest route for me, did not include him representing me in court. I don't think most lawyers would have done that, I think they would have allowed me to retain their services whether it was truly in my best interest or not. I hope to never be in the position to need an attorney again but if I do, it will be Jason Mayberry.
