Extremely kind, professional and helpful staff. Rebecca and Eric saved me from losing a package. I made an Amazon order to Anna Maria Island and UPS wouldn't deliver it to me. I had no idea where my package was being held. I walked in and Rebecca helped me track down the package so I could go and pick it up in Bradenton. They went out of their way for me without even being a paying customer.
Okay, I didn't have a big problem with the over pricing. It's on an island, it's a small business, etc etc. I didn't even have a problem when they tried to send a fax and couldn't figure out how to send the entire thing. But I DID have a problem when I glanced at what I thought was going to be a local newspaper, and was instead a horrible anti-abortion "newspaper", complete with disgusting photos all over the front page. I was shocked and asked one of the owners if they read that magazine, hoping someone had just dropped it off and they weren't aware. The owner replied that they hadn't read this issue... yet. This is a business, folks. If you're going to proselytize, this is not the place. And for me, who knows of families that lost loved ones when they were denied medically necessary abortions, it was an insult. I'll be taking my UPS packages and Fedex parcels elsewhere, even if I have to drive off island to do it. I don't want to support this sort of thing.

Used there services for shipping a 8x11 envolpe. Used there computer to print off my USB within 15 seconds, which the lady at the counter offered to me. After 4 pages, one envelope, and a label stamp they chargered be $7.50.
Ends up charging me a 4.00 computer fee. Plus whatever else they jack there prices with.
Tried to just let them know I thought it was over priced and the guy tossed the money on the counter and said merry Christmas. Then tried to save face by saying if I wasn't happy with the price to take my money back. I left the money on the counter. I just asked they specify wgat they will charge you before leading you into a 8 dollar single parcel of mail shipping to the next county over.
Good honest priced businesses don't give money back for their pricing conflicts. Unfortunately, they gave no price list so I may price my services which proves even further they are trying to get one over on people. I asked for a price guide and he had the gull to tell me to call and ask him whenever I needed a price and then him and the lady at the counter laughed. Red flags for price gouging and they were obviously awere of there down falls.
Bottom line they can give away service to people out of guilt because they over charge.
Very over priced and negatively patronizing.
P.s. A sincere MERRY CHRISTMAS to everyone. My baby's first!!! Couldn't be happier with life.

Eric and Rebecca were phenomenal! After a charter boat fishing trip, we ended up with so much fish! Island Mail & More went above and beyond to help us get the fresh fish shipped back to our home town. The fish arrived, two different destinations, still frozen!! You can count on Eric and Rebecca at Island mail & More!! Thank you!

This review was actually sent to the Islander newspaper and published as a letter to the editor:
Thanks for 'More'
I am writing to publicly thank "Island Mail and More" shipping business for its exemplary service.
I was on Anna Maria Island recently and left my checkbook in my hotel room. It was a Friday evening and I had just returned to Fernandina Beach--a five hour drive--and discovered my error.
Island Mail and More not only sent my checkbook to me on Saturday, but thery waived the extra charge for Saturday pick-up. Today is Monday and my checkbook just arrived by UPS.
It is wonderful to know you have caring, efficient folks in a local business who do a terrific job... it makes me certain I'll be visiting the island again soon!

This is a one stop location for all around services. As the name suggests, there is much more, but by far the best is their shipping and packing service. They support all four of the major carriers and will tell you honestly which is the best price/value. The staff is trustworthy and I am comfortable leaving them in charge of any item, regardless of value!
