This company is horrible. No attention to detail made several mistakes in processing, including sending the investment company the incorrect fund type. They also got my email address wrong , so rather than calling me to see why i have not responded they did nothing. I had to call them. It was not worth the money they should have paid me. It was absolutely not worth a single penny what i paid.
To add insult to injury they have an attitude with me when I call them out on their mistakes.
Stay away at all costs. Something that should have been months is years. Thanks to there mistakes.
UPDATE 1/15/2020: in response to Troyan's response to my review none of the details and short fallings had a verbal aspect to them. You had my email wrong. It was not given to you incorrectly. Second the wrong fund was filled out by you in the filing to the investment company. There was nothing verbal about that.
Finally my phone calls to you were not emotinallly related to my divorce. They were all about where things are and unhappiness related to your mistakes.

AVOID THIS BUSINESS!
He is listed here on Google and with the BBB as a lawyer. He is NOT!
He is an acturay unaffiliated nor a member of any of four acturail organization in the US.
I paid him a retainer fee of $4500 for assistance with a post-divorce pension issue. He wrote one letter and when he was told his services were no onger needed because the matter was settled, he refused to return the balance of my retainer fee. Even ignored two requests from my attorney. Never submitted a bill.
I am currently perusing a claim in small claims court.

I was out of family law for a while, so when I had a client needing QDROs to equitably distribute her husband's retirement benefits, I needed reliable, expert, trustworthy, thorough and conscientious people to identify what the retirement benefits were and how to divide them effectively and according to law. This was as a mountain to me. My adversary and my client's prior attorney had agreed to use "All Pro QDRO LLC," which did not provide the service of detecting what retirement benefits were available to the working spouse. All that had been disclosed and provided for in the MSA was a pension and 401k.
I was uncomfortable. My adversary was a mega-firm highly recognized for its family law section. I called Troyan and immediately learned its services included discovering what retirement benefits there were, their values, and more importantly, a worksheet or questionnaire which assisted me to recognize I needed my client to have survivor benefits - something I knew nothing about. When Mr. Troyan heard the name of the electrical workers union, he knew there were 3 more retirement benefits not covered by the MSA. At once I communicated to my adversary we were not accepting All Pro, and we were using Troyan.
Wow, what a difference that made for my client (and me). In addition to the pension and 401k, there was a medical savings account, an annuity, and a deferred salary plan. The annuity and deferred salary plan probably equaled or exceeded the pension. Had I gone along with what predecessor counsel approved, and employed All Pro, we never would have provided for distribution of undisclosed benefits and my client would not have survivor benefits.
Troyan's expertise and assistance went beyond that first conversation. It took more than a year to get the benefits defined, valued, documents drawn, approved by the benefits administrators, signed by the court, sealed copies back to the benefits administrators, and then acknowledged by the administrators as being accepted and recorded. Troyan provided specific and even repeated written instructions.
For the fee we paid up front, Troyan never abandoned nor lost patience with me. The service was worth more than we paid. I regret I don't have more work to send to Troyan. I'd NEVER use anyone else, NEVER! You leave yourself unprotected if you don't use Troyan. It's not worth the risk. I can't write enough nor sing higher praises. I'm eternally grateful.
