Michael Kean is not a ethnical nor efficient in his billing and after previously being paid 3200 he sued a innocent client for 2300 and 2800 more in court fees and interest taking advantage of the clients out of state and divorce situation pretending he didn’t receive my payment of the 2300 months earlier. Be very care of this lawyer as he clearly likes to talk advantage of clients if he is able. To be clear. I was not a client of the firm or an adverse party of their client or the firm. Their client owed them money that I was to pay but rather that call or let anyone know they "supposedly" didn't receive a check they SUED their innocent client and threatened her with a judgment over an amount less than their legal fees and interest to collect.

After thousands and thousands of dollars in legal bills in a few months, WE FIRED THEM last month! They were NEVER asked to “compromise their
ethics” and they surely have no competence or quality of service to compromise in the first place, in our humble opinion. Anyway, the old adages that you don’t argue with someone who argues for a living nor do you get in a peeing contest with a snake are apropos, here! But, you can see how this firm’s disposition towards former and prospective clients is on full cynical and vindictive display, here! As always, BUYER BEWARE!
