I called and had to go down to their WPB office, but they got me in to see the lawyer the next day. Very informative and helpful. Not what I expected from a free consultation. Very pleased with the experience.

We came in with our lives possibly being turned upside down. Mr. Cohen has made this event in our lives less stressful. First-class job and first-class attorney. I had heard not the greatest things about some of the attorneys that practice in this field, so I was skeptical. However, after my initial meeting with Mr. Cohen, I was so pleasantly surprised. He was unassuming and completely non-judgmental. He addressed the issues in my case, on-by-one, offering clear and concise advice on the best course of action. Again, let me repeat that I approached this entire ordeal with much skepticism, but my case is being handled with care and I know I'm in good hands. That is all I could have asked for.

I rarely take the time to write an internet review, particularly a positive one, but I felt an obligation to do so here. Attorney Brian Cohen is superb at what he does. He handled my case as if I were an old friend: concerned, caring, compassionate. If he deals with all his clients in the same manner as did with me, (and I would have no reason to believe otherwise), I can't imagine why anyone would choose another attorney for their bankruptcy.
