My experience with Charles Cartright was horrible. Communication is not there. Let me start off by saying my fiancé went with him a long time ago and won the case because it was a COMPLETE lay down. During my case I had to call for every update and every time I asked to speak to Charles they said he was on vacation. When I finally got to speak to him he said he didn’t know if he would win the case because all I got was chiro Work. So I asked when I can contact him and what number I can reach him on and he said to call the front desk. I explained I can never get through and he yelled at me ! Saying to find a different lawyer kept repeating himself off the top of his lungs and I didn’t do anything but ask how I can reach him directly! I went to another law firm who is 5 stars and man did they go above and beyond! Won the case and got more than expected! Charles just does lay downs and he will accept the first offer on the table. Don’t go! He doesn’t fight OR negotiate.

Called up for a consultation, was told by the receptionist that they will only take auto accident claims involving injuries (bigger payday I assume). Lawyers are supposed to help out clients and potential clients, not just look for the biggest payday. I guess the process has just been perverted over the years.
