Reasonable n friendly

I got a speeding ticket on the Turpike from FHP. I called Mr. Hagans and he said he would take care of it. He most certainly did, and he was much, much better than one of the other ticket lawfirms you've probably heard of. I have a CDL too, so he helped me out a LOT, 10/10.

Ehhhh.....Hired Mr. Hagans for a traffic citation for speeding in Port St. Lucie. He never has once called me to keep me updated on my case status and I hired him in December. I had to find my own case on the clerk of court website and read my own hearing results from last week because he has failed to call or return an email. He didn't even show up to the hearing and sent a substitute attorney... things happen, but absolutely no communication with a client for 3+ months and a week after the hearing no information presented to the client either? Ultimately, my ticket was reduced and adjudication was withheld so I cannot complain about the actual "legal" aspect... however, customer service and client to attorney relationship gets zero stars for me.

A few months I had a mechanical issue with my new car I was leading due to a defective part with caused me to skid off the road and hit an attenuator on the highway. 45 minutes later highway patrol shows up to give me a ticket for careless driving! Thanks for keeping us safe. Anyway, enter Mr. JT Hagans, Esq. Talk about a stress free experience! When you call up a good friend who is also an attorney and he refers you to Mr. Hagans, you know he has to be good... really good. I basically had one conversation with Mr. Hagans, explained the situation, paid my fee (worth every penny) and that’s it! Next thing I know a few weeks later my case is dismissed! No court, no points, no fines, no problems! This is the kind of lawyer that personifies courtesy and professionalism. May I never need an attorney, again but if I do I know exactly who to contact.

I don’t normally take the time to rate businesses or professionals but this unparalleled experience, service and outcome must be noticed. I was referred to JT Hagans thru a friend who had received a series of speeding tickets and was told he was excellent at what he does. I was traveling over the summer and unknowingly received a traffic violation for which my license was ultimately suspended and heavy fines were assessed as I did not respond in a timely fashion as I was out of town. I called JT, he immediately made me feel comfortable and walked me thru the process of the next steps. Within minutes, my license was reinstated. A few weeks later I received a letter from his office stating all infractions had been dismissed and zero fines were imposed!!! Mr. J T Hagans was an absolute miracle in my life. I had gotten into a car accident not too long after my sister had passed away and then shortly after I was diagnosed with a heart condition. When a car hit me, I just went blank and I didn't know where or what to do. I just kept driving which was a wrongdoing on my part. However, not only was he emotionally supportive and understanding, but he was was professional and provided me with knowledge about the law and what I could possibly be facing in terms of fines and fees. He basically broke every single thing down for me. He answered every phone call and email as busy as he was to reassure me that everything would be alright.
