Called about what I thought was a traffic ticket but it was only a traffic Violation. The nice lady told me it’s not a ticket and that my best bet is to pay it otherwise it will cost me more to fight it in court. Thank you for taking your time to assist me. Highly recommend this place.

I received a speeding ticket going 10-14 miles over on a school zone!! In Pembroke Pines. My heart dropped when I saw that police officer!! The ticket was $305.00!! I went into the agreement completely understanding what the options were and with the understanding that the speeding ticket was reduced from the original speed and could be a larger fine going to court. The process was easy and inexpensive($99) and well worth it even knowing the potential outcomes. Instead of just paying the fine and opting for traffic school or the other options with not going to court, I paid a fee for services and will pay another $138 in court costs. No points, no other fines and no traffic school. My only complaint/suggestion is that i had to ask when the court date was set. I didn't need to go to court but just having the peace of mind knowing when the dates were set and the outcome would be determined is helpful in knowing where we are at in the process. When the court date is determined a pre-emptive email would be most appreciated. Thank you again.

This place is a joke. I paid $80 for them to take care of an “illegal merge” ticket, which costed $165. They later sent me an email stating “We are pleased to inform you that we got your cased disposed. You just have to pay $165 court fee.” Why would I pay them $80 just to have to end up paying the original price of the ticket anyways!? Now I ended up having to pay an extra $80 on top of my ticket price. Never using these guys again. If I ever get a ticket again, I’ll just end up paying for it.

Had two traffic light camera ticket, both dates same day and same traffic light. License was suspended and needed to get my tagged renewed. I call them early morning and within hours my suspension was cleared and court date requested. The same day I was able to get my tag. A month later I received email saying I didn’t owe court fees, I was so happy because I expected to pay court cost. Overall happy with my experience and will be using them again if needed. These guys were able to help me out with my concern which I am very grateful for. My issue is with their communication during the process and their curt and delayed email responses. The company needs a more courteous customer facing representative.
