Chad Robinson obtained a fair settlement for our insurance claim which had been denied in the wake of Hurricane Irma. He kept us informed throughout the 15-month process. Chad usually responded to all our questions within a few minutes, even after regular business hours. Chad’s communication, attention to detail and negotiation skills are excellent. He is courteous and efficient. We hope we never need him again, but if we do, he’ll be our first call.

Chad took over an insurance case for us. The insurance company was refusing to settle at a reasonable amount, and a new roof was needed. When Chad got the case, he attempted to get a settlement, allowing a roof replacement. The co refused. Chad met with us and laid our options out detailing the pros and cons of the choices we had. I highly recommend Chad Robinson. On October 7, 2016 my home was damaged by hurricane Matthew . I filed a claim with my insurance company. They of course sent an adjuster out. This adjuster came out was here all of 10 minutes and gone out the door . In about two weeks I got an estimate and what they said it was going to cost to fix the home .
$3000 would have not fixed this home .
I had roof damage a fence down and part of my house flooded . The bedroom the master bathroom in the garage flooded . Over the next year I was arguing with the insurance company and was not getting anywhere . Then I found Chad . I gave Chad a call and explained my situation. I saved all my estimate receipts and photos . I emailed everything to Chad and texted him also . Chad Took on my case and I was very happy that he did . I did not have to deal with the stress of my insurance company any longer . Chad accomplish more in one week then I had in a year. Of course this does take some time but a lot less time than what I was going through for a year.
Another great thing is that you do not have to pay any money upfront . No fees due until you settle . The fees due at the end of the settlement do not even come out of your portion of the money . The insurance company is billed separate for Chad’s services.
