Not only was I quoted a specific range of hours that maxed out for Mr. Robert Bogen’s total services, I was billed almost double what should have been paid for the services rendered and that was well before the case was to be completed. To make matters worse, I was blamed by Mr. Bogen for his losing and his being outclassed by opposing counsel at our first and only hearing and called sour grapes when I received his invoice. To make matters even worse, if I can, I was told he was going to sue me for his fees. I feel paying him the inflated fee and informing the general public about this experience is far more valuable for people looking to hire Robert Bogen. Beware of this attorney, he is the reason attorneys get such a bad name.

By the way my review had nothing to do with the bad taste that this attorney thinks he left in my mouth it was due to his jacking up the cost, nothing justified the cost increasing yet it almost doubled. Secondly and added insult to injury was the way opposing counsel tap danced on his forehead outclassing him and making me realize I just wasted a bunch of money on an under prepared attorney.
