I was referred to Mr. Bernheim by a co-worker who spoke very highly of Mr. Bernheim and his law firm. On day 1 of me leaving my information, Mr. Bernheim himself called me on a Saturday morning and during our phone conversation, I felt I was in the BEST of hands. Not every attorney will give you his personal cell phone. That same morning his investigator came to my home to discuss my accident and immediately we completed the paperwork, I did not have to look elsewhere for representation. Mr. Bernheim and team were ready and willing to answer all my questions. Mind you, I have worked for AV Rated Personal Injury attorneys and used a previous attorney for an accident in 2010-11 that could have taken my case, but I felt very comfortable with this team of professional and caring human beings. The attorney handing my case from beginning to end was Mr. Eric Sachs and Alicia Sutphin, Case Manager. I don't know how many emails and phone calls I made, because my case was a bit complicated at first, they were always addressed immediately. Look no further, BDK is the law firm to call. They will be my #1 PI referral. Thank you all that assisted me in obtaining my settlement in less than 6 months.

From start to finish of my case I had a great experience. I was always able to contact someone directly that knew my case and get answers when I needed them. They were great in guiding me through my case at every stage. They were able to get me more in my settlement than I was expecting. I know that’s not always possible in every case but it did happen for me.
