The absolutely worst, most incompetent closing I've ever seen. When I was selling my condo, I let the buyer choose Gregory Taylor for the closing. I tried to be there for the closing but I had already moved out of state and the closing date kept changing. Since I owned the condo outright and the buyer was paying cash, this should have been the easiest transaction. But Taylor made it the worst. Only our realtors were there at closing. My realtor called me to confirm the closing was done. But then I didn't get my money. By noon the following day I called Taylor's office. The idiot working there told me he couldn't wire me the money because he didn't have the condo keys! The new buyer had wanted to know how old the air handler was inside the condo. He was out of town. So my realtor went and got the keys from Taylor's office to check. Since Taylor's office had given her the keys after closing, they then withheld my money because they didn't have the keys!!! And they never called to tell me that. F'ing morons. I finally got my money after the keys were returned. But don't ever use this law firm. They are terrible.
