Unprofessional, not returning phone calls. Forget about talking to any of them, what makes it worse not only your case not getting the attention it deserves, the mistakes they will make will probably make it worse for your case, wouldn't suggest this place even if it was the last lawyer in the world, it's almost 3yrs because their mistakes my case still not settled and my hospital bill are not pay, thanks a lot for trusting you.

Absolutely amazing! When I first started my case I was so anxious and did not know what to expect, I had never been in a bad accident before. Geoff and the rest of the staff made it a much smoother process than I ever could have expected. He always looked out for my best interest and care and even eased my mind when I would get a bit too anxious. I've been going back and forth with myself if I should write this review or not. I learned about Pinto & Pelosi through a family member.  She had nothing but great things to say about the law firm. I did research on my own before I made a full commitment to them representing me. I got into my accident June 4, 2018, I met with Frank the investigator he was awesome and he reassured me that I was in great hands. Cedrick Larrieux was my representative at the time. He was good in the beginning answering questions that I had and walking me through the process. After a while updates about my case had stopped and it became harder and harder to get in contact with him. I found out later that he was replaced by another representative named Rachelle Roca. She was very helpful and seemed to care about my situation. I really felt like she was going to do her best and get me what I need in a timely manner. Fast forward to November 2018, I was told that I won my case and that everything should be resolved and closed some time in December. It's now February 28th, I'm still waiting for my case to be resolved. I call and leave messages, and when I do get in contact with my representative it's always I'll call you back. I'm on the verge of losing my job because I don't have adequate transportation to get to and from. Spending $60 plus a day on Lyft or Uber is just ridiculous. If I knew what I knew now I probably would have went with another firm.

I’ve reach out to the attorney office on many occasions with no response. I left multiply voicemails with no response, answers, or call backs. A couple days before this I written a review. Like this one. I received a call back an hour later after writing the review. I spoke to a representative of the office. The rep stated they would like to help me and get this figured out. The extent of call also included me removing or enhancing the review. The rep then transferred me to Ana. Ana was extremely pleasant and professional. She gave me information and told me what it would take to push my case further. I am still waiting on a response. She provided me her personal cell and contact. My case is still in progress. A little back ground of my case. I was in a car accident on Dec 2017. I T boned another car that turned into oncoming traffic. The other driver was left at fault and received a citation for turning into oncoming traffic. Three different officers witness the accident on site. My experience with this Pinto & Pelosi has been unpleasant.

The comment below is a bit fabricated. They only reached out to me and made me a concern once I written a bad review. They keep asking me to revise the review. I had a lady give me a call requesting for me to revise it over and over again. They gave me an excuse stating that they had some issues with staffing and that my case accidentally fall through the cracks. Very unpleasant experience and I do not recommend. Instead of worrying about the comments people put about your company and coming back with witty comebacks, how about actually supporting your customers and not leaving them in the dark. I have reach out to them multiply times looking for help and assistance. Instead you guys fabric a story stating I was extremely interested in compsation. Pathetic.

This is my second time have the car accident in 3 years, it hurt my back and neck so bad. But luckily I have the best attorney in town who helped me out with all the treatment I need and also a great settlement. Ongoing Case....I love to read and write reviews! As of right now my experience with this firm has been so-so. In the beginning I rarely spoke to anyone and I had to reach out to them just to get an update and make sure that I was doing everything that I was supposed to be doing. When they finally called me back they did apologize and assured me that everything was on track. A couple weeks back I was in contact with one of their representatives and he was great. He gave me tons of information and although I called first for an update , he did call me back in a timely manner. My case is now closed and I must say that although I was uncertain in the beginning things went very well. I met with the attorney and he went over everything with me. I am very pleased and I am very happy that I chose this firm.

I had a car accident in the beginning of this year. My injuries were worse then I thought with herniated and ruptured discs which required a discectomy surgery. C- | Had my accident more a year ago and the progression has been very minimal. I came to the office today, just to hear the explanation of why. I called before daily > weekly and afterwards they eventually stopped giving me updates. I went through the treatments and even finished them slightly earlier. I received the lab screenings and completed everything they needed from me. My case was one year ago (exactly). I did my own digging into the insurance of the other driver and obtained all the information that this company received. I have no experience in this field which proves that their is a lack of effort or negligence on their part.

Edit: They brought me in and explained my case in detail which they admitted that they should've done several months ago. I revised my score to reflect the impact. Still this law firm took entirely too long to release the details of my case. Essentially the other driver had no current insurance and thusly neither them nor I will receive any money from this case. Most cases should involve people with insurance, this is why there are more positive reviews than negative ones. But in the event that you are in my shoes it hurts because you complete the entire process to end with nothing and they could've let me know this sooner, MUCH sooner!

I got in car accident in 2016 did the therapy,and my case was closed due to the lack of communication letting me know that my attorney was let go from company. Just left Mr. Geoffrey Pelosi's office woth a fantastic settlement check. I after being hit hard on Griffin Rd and Nob Hill retained his services. You see I was smashed and my truck went 50 ft into a park. I required special medical care. His network of professionals took great care of me as I required chiropractic care, orthopedic, and a spinal surgery. Theyre all top of their field pros. I strongly recommend him. I was able to reach him anytime through his Facebook messenger and avoided having to speak to assistants and staff.

I’m 65 years old and I had injuries to my neck and back. It too 5 months for them to tell me I had no case the other driver did not have insurance. They were the worst. Bad communication. They also tried to add a bunch of unnecessary fees to my settlement. 1 of those fees was for supplies for my case. I Cant remember the exact amount but it was something close to $300 or more.

Unless they can sue the person who hit you, they will not do much. Once your PIP run out. They just send you a letter to let you they ate done with you

The worst law firm I have ever met. After I made an accident they chased me to represent me in front of the insurance company and promised me all sorts of promises. After I had done 45 treatments of physiotherapy and twice. They sent me to a doctor from her brain who recommended surgery or injections to my spine. Of course I did not agree at that moment, after a test I had done and read about it online Doctors say if you can tolerate the pain then it's better not to do anything because it can only be worse! So I chose not to do anything and stay that way. For two whole months nobody turned to me about the prosecution and then I decided to call them, one of their lawyers answered me and told me that she would come back to me in a few hours that it took 5 days !!! And after I managed to talk to a representative he told me that they had decided to give up the lawsuit because I did not agree to surgery or injections. A bunch of unprofessional and liars !! Do not go near It is better for you to represent yourself alone and not with them.

Im going thru the same issues these peope are going. calling everyday , leaving messages and no replies back. . Is been more than a year and I still don't know what is going on. I had spoken to them 3 times in a year and 5 month.

I fired this firm..6 months into this case and still not one single call about my case or even an update. Now, they did called me mayby once but only after me leaving messages or texting Gabriel "the person who signed me up" asking why I cant contact anyone. I was involved in an accident back in late October, before picking this firm I did research and read a ton of reviews and thought this firm was pretty good. I actually ended up firing this firm a couple days ago due to their lack of communication. From October till now, I have spoken to this firm a couple times and the only way to get an update was for me to call them.. even doing that I didn't get the answers I needed nor did i know anything about my case. My physical therapy Dr. helped me more then them to be honest.. A couple days after the accident back in October, they sent Gabriel out to talk to me about the firm and he ensured me I was in good hands. At first I thought I was in good hands but after 6 months without a single call on their part and me not having any knowledge about my case brought me to my decision of firing this firm. I do appreciate... whatever they did in the 6 months of them having my case, but switching to a different firm was the best decision I've made for my case. I hired the new firm Saturday and they already called me this morning regarding everything I have been wanting to know and to re-ensured me everything will be okay.
- Also, my passenger had a case to with this firm and he ended up firing them as well
- I don't mean to talk trash about this firm because from the reviews of others I can see their cases were handled better then mine but unfortunately my case was in the wrong hands

I was in my very first car accident a little over a year ago. I worked really hard for my car and the person who hit me totaled it. The lady who hit me was mean and tried to blame me for the accident and her insurance company offered me little to nothing for my car.
