SUPERIOR SERVICE! This business will go above and beyond for you and everything they tell you is the truth and if they do not know they will honestly tell you they do not know. When I initially called in and spoke to Rachel she was very Professional and started to give me helpful information immediately, even much more so than my private attorney. She did an excellent job at calming me down and educating me properly on the situation. Angel was very professional, direct and helpful and Lisa stood by my side through the entire bond process and did not leave me alone during the entire bond process until it was Complete and I walked out free, with the capias lifted with her just as everyone within this business said I would.

Fortunate to not be familiar with needing to bail out someone, unfortunate to currently be in the situation where I am calling around searching for a company to assist with bailing out my husband. The person I spoke to was not friendly at all and lacked compassion in answering simple inquiries wasn't attentive at all while assisting me and made jokes about my husband mug shot while I was on the phone. Time and place for everything, and now wasn't the time to make jokes to a pregnant, concerned wife.

I called to get my sister bailed out and they told me she had a out of state VoP so she was being held but he could get her out for additional $500.00 which would total $600.00 including her 10% bond. There is no way he or any other bondsman could get her out with that out of state VoP hold. So therefore he would’ve been taking our money.

Do not use this guy Angel I am filing a complaint with The Insurence security agency First he said My son was out of county he needed a deposit it went from Two thousand ontop of the nine hundred bail I said Absolutely NOT he said ok a thousand I should have hung the phone up but I was in NJ my son in FL I Agreed I pay the thousand ontop of the nine hundred bail My sons case is over that was on March twenty fourth I call Angel the sane day He says it takes two weeks to get the paper work I believed him as I have never done this It wasn't true his lawyer said paper work goes right to him Just like if your son didn't show up for court.... I called him back I said put the money back on my credit card He says Oh Mam I can't it's against the law I will send you a check I said ok That was Three weeks ago I just received a check After he told me for the last two weeks he sent it Another lie I contact a lawyer He said If you paid bail with your cc card he has to return it to your credit card Again Angel lied He told me No I can't return it to your card DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY DO NOT TRUST THIS MAN..... I HAVE FILED A COMPLAINT WITH THE SERCURITY AGENCY OF FL If you have had the same issues with this company Look Up Insurence Sercurity Agency of FL and file a complaint with them Oh the best is he charged me a service fee and NEVER told me..... I am taking this check to the bank to see if the money is there If not I will be filing a report I have NEVER seen such shady things Also my deposit should have been in an escrow account NOT used I am going to ask for that account number When you call him now he blocked my number DO NOT TRUST HIM

Very helpful and knowledgeable about bail process and answered all our questions. Big Angel is amazing and Sabrina was also great. Knew nothing about getting someone out of jail and fortunately only had to make one phone call in the middle of the night and these guys took care of everything. While trying to get information about posting a bond I was put on hold in the middle of the conversation without being notified. Once he returned to the phone call, I told him I had concerns. He proceeded to hang up on me because he didn’t feel comfortable posting the bond. Terrible customer service

Would never go there again they do not care about your loved ones they just want your money then throw you back in jail I bailed my brother out here and less than a month they accused him of trying to move out of state on bond when he was coming to get permission to leave he was going to talk to angel after he left court the court said he would have to ask his bail bond. Angel locked him up right after very disappointing DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE !!!!!
