ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!!! Beware of Jessica "Jes". I had Jes from the David Fuchs Law Office represent me and I couldn't have had a worse experience. This being my first accident, I was very unaware of the process for this sort of thing. When we initially spoke I asked "so what's the next step?" and the attitude in her voice was obvious.

In addition, because I was represented by an attorney, any attempted communication with my car insurance company would go through them (Like a middle man so to speak). I would call and ask for Jessica (NEVER AVAILABLE) and would be at her discretion for a call back to find out simple things like whether or not my car was written off as a "Total Loss" or not, which would have taken seconds to answer (Very annoying).

Whenever I called the office I would get the receptionist (Lindsey) who always assured me that she will call me back by the end of the day (Lies).

Like mentioned before, I've never been in a major car accident before, but if I am ever in one again, I would rather be represented by a mime... I'm willing to bet my last dollar that I would get a more consistent line of communication with a mime than Jessica.
