Steve did wonders for me, I was accused of burglary of an occupied dwelling when in reality I walked into the wrong house think it was mine when walking back from the bar to avoid a d.u.i. . I referred Michael to Steven and he was fired from my work place for the same issues (calling my manager and threating him and was drunk while he was doing it. I’m an Honarabilly Discharged Marine who was accused of Drunk Driving in Boca Raton. This individual was paid $2500 in full for his representation. After being paid I was in Virginia handling the estate of my mother that passed unexpectedly. After several messages left for This individual to notify me of court dates so I could coordinate flights etc I recieved no return calls. He took his fee and did absolutely nothing. After hearing back from him he was irate loud and aggressive.
He stated I was at fault for not being in Fla as I missed the court date. He also never returned any discovery that was given to him as wel. He is deceitful, dishonest, and most of all unprofessional.

I am now unfortunately having to now put a claim with the Florida bar association. I do not recommend his services please be careful and do your research as he already has a blemish on his record from the bar association he epitomizes a corrupt Attorney.

On February 22 traveling down Oakland park near I-95 a car ran the red light and ran into the driver side of my car totaled my car not only was the car totaled I was hospitalized along with my 3 year old brother that was in the back seat on the driver side.As the responding officer was there taking a statement from a man that wasn't there to see the accident he used that man as a witness in the accident while in the hospital the officer walked in the room and told me that I would be receiving a traffic ticket for failure to stop steady red signal light I cried and ask how is that possible and he explain that a gentleman came to him told him he was coming off I-95 (far right side)when the accident happen (far left lane) that I was speeding and ran the red light.i was pissed I told that officer it didn't make sense he told me the witness swore that he was telling the truth and handed me the ticket I cried for hours wondering why this would happen to me the officer then gave me advice to not pay the ticket and to take it to court fight the witness 90%out of 100 want show up and he wasn't there to see it so he would have to testify that he didn't see it.Today May 15 2017 10:00 am I thank God put this gentleman by the name of Steven A. Schaet in the right spot this morning and because of him I beat the case I wanted to cry because he knew something I didn't and with him standing up before I made the wrong decision he stepped in lord knows I've never been in trouble or gotten a ticket I know for sure god put this in my court because He knew it was something I could get through with the help of one of his angels.
