I dont like to leave a bad review but I think an email sent one week ago today should have been answered by now. I'm sure your law firm is very busy each day with court and things. It's still no excuse not to reply to a customer's email even if it's just a standard reply.... I got nothing.
There is no reason to not answer a potential client's email. An email sent to you via your own website should be answered in one or two days. *** If you find this review helpful please like it so others will view it ***

I was involved in a car accident we’re the other person was at fault running a light and my case was assigned to Mr Keith Goldblum. I never got to speak with him, only with his assistant who favorite answer was that Mr Goldblum was busy and he would return the call which never happened. I never heard of a plan or what I was supposed to do or expect from them, the letter from the doctor of the insurance was lost in mail and I contacted them to know what to do and got the same answer from his assistant, also never heard from him.

It’s a shame that I lost my time with this firm, they were recommended by a friend.

Cohen and Cohen were amazing at handling my case, I would strongly recommend them to anyone.

Keith goldblum is down to earth totally understanding and on his clients side he will go out of his way to make sure you get what it's worth even if he comes out his ow. Pocket by taking a percent off great dude would recommend to any one for legal advise

Don’t NOT retain this law firm. Your lucky if you actually get to speak to a lawyer rather then a paralegal. They will Not disclose the plan of attack for your case and will lead you on. They recommended I to to go to spine and joint. They told me it would be covered by the other party that was at fault. They decided to drop me even with the other party at fault and injuries I sustained. Now I’m on the hook for all the medical expenses....

I was involved in a car accident back in July 2018. I was referred to this firm by a mutual friend. From the start of my case , to the end .. I was taken care of By Cohen and Cohen and their in network associates. By the time my case was completed, I had already been seen by great a chiropractor, doctor and the whole process went smoothly. Adam Mann is a good attorney. He made himself available to answer my questions and concerns .. usually very promptly via email. I have and will continue to refer clients to Cohen and Cohen because I was client of their and the services I received were great.

Don't want to speak to soon but so far so good...just contacted Cohen & Cohen yesterday due to an accident that another driver caused to my husband's vehicle. They (Sarah & then Keith) answered all my questions and already sent my husband to be evaluated by a doctor. I'm hoping it continues to go as well as I expect!! Great firm!!! All the staff are very professional and Attorney Adam Mann was available every step of the way. He returned phone calls and emails extremely expeditiously. I did everything they asked me to do and then they told me that they couldn't get me a settlement but, they got the other person that was in the accident with me a settlement I can't understand that...
and State Farm is still writing me letters asking me to contact them to discuss marker Medical Diagnosis and treatment plan.....

Totally efficient and helpful

I had a slip in fall in 2015 and I'm still waiting on my lawyer to advise me on the case. I've been waiting to hear what contractor was responsible for leaving the mud on the sidewalk.

My wife & I had the misfortune of having a distracted driver rear end our car leading to serious injury requiring intense physical therapy & protracted rehabilitation.
