I emailed a summary of my problem to several lawyers to decide who could help. Mr. Milgrim clarified everything for free. He saved me and my condo neighbors from an expensive mistake. Some lawyers advertised a free consultation but didn't respond. One contacted me repeatedly to get me into their $300 consultation, though if they were competent, they knew I should just drop it. One didn't seem to know condo law but was a generalist willing to take my case and be paid for learning condo law. Mr. Milgrim decidedly does know condo law and precedent, plus he's kind, helpful, and not after your money.

Called Mr Milgrim for clarification on housing laws in FL as they pertain to service animals.
He graciously pointed me to FHEO-2013-01, exactly what I needed.
I was being harassed while a guest at Golf Lakes in Bradenton. Apparently their manager and HOA president know absolutely nothing about the subject and claimed we needed to fill out paperwork at the office because the federal government says so. Total lie.

When a person's person's disabolity is obvious (like a wheelchair) and the animals are actively tasking in their job (pulling that wheelchair) then any place that follows HUD guidelines must allow them. End of discussion.

Our condominium suffered severe water damage coming from the exterior of the unit.
