I know that I'm probably taking a big risk by riding his review while my case is still going on but I had to be honest. I am extremely disappointed with how my case is being handled.. I got an accident more than 2 years ago in a uber with a courier service. There have been several dates that have been pushed back because it was inconvenient for them. Even those when I was there and we cancelled and I was told that we would resume the next day was not accurate. When I showed up the next day it was pushed back for 2 weeks. The day before the new dates is pushed back for another month. After it's already been pushed back at least twice. That's at least four to five times that these days have been pushed back for the same one deposition. Then a lady named Margaret or Morgan, who the paralegal told me I would be able to make a complaint to told me that if I did not like the services to call back and let them know that I don't want them on my case anymore. I'm like "wow after 2 years you tell me this. I was told I can make a complaint with you." This is so disappointing. I left my number with her so I can speak to mr. Singer because I have not spoken with him since the day I signed my contract. I will update my review after I speak with him or after my case is finished.

The absolute worse. Everything that glitters isn't gold. You would think one with such incredible accolades and accomplishments would be great to choose. This is not the case. As every other reputable lawyer does he relegates the cases to some nobody understudy who is completely incompetent and swamped with a mass load of cases. Your representation is the equivalent of a public defender. There is no priority urgency or attention to detail with your case. In fact you will be stalled until you almost forget you had a case. My case has been off set 7 months straight. That's 7 excuses every month. David singers presence is non existent. I'm seriously considering going directly to the insurance company and settle and screw these guys and their fees because they haven't earned a single penny with their utter disregard and disrespect in the handling of my case.
