You are trying to steal my money. You contacted a 3rd party utility company and demanded my bank account # and Routing #. Better unfreeze my money you bottom feeder. How do you sleep? If my money leaves my account, you will be hearing from my REAL atty and not an unscrupulous scammer low life debt collector. You probably would do this to your own wife unless her last name is Bobbitt.

The absolute worst collections agency. No updates, can't find an attorney, always have an excuse. Sure did take my money though to start the process.

Now stating the company we are going after was dissolved in July 2019. Collection has been in process for over 800 days. If they would have done the job, would not be worried about the company being dissolved.

Find another company that will do what they are paid to do.

I give one star because I have to. I was owed money because I filed for bankruptcy and they where garnishing my wages. They sent my check to an address with no apt. # so I never received my check. When I ask what is going on they say I have to pay for my missing check. When I tell them that it is ridiculous Steven replies with "That's nice" They are the most unprofessional company I have ever met. I never leave reviews but this is absurd how I was treated simply because I wanted my money back.

Rude & not helpful . Got my payment history from them and told them the calculations from their side is a mistake. I was told that they not going to pull it up again and say IT IIS WHAT IT IS and that's what on our computer. You pay the balance instead of trying to calculate the checks I send. Poor service!

EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL! I KEEP GETTING PHONE CALLS TO MY OFFICE AND RESPECTFULLY REPLIED ON HOW THEY HAVE THE WRONG NUMBER AND THEY'VE CURSED ME OUT! ACTUALLY YELLING AT ME! I'M SURE THEY ARE UPSET THAT THEY CANNOT FIND WHO EVER THEY ARE LOOKING FOR BUT THAT IS NOT A MATURE WAY TO ACT & ALSO NOT MY PROBLEM. I'M AT WORK AND DO NOT APPRECIATE THIS HARASSMENT, THAT IS NO WAY TO MOVE ON IN LIFE BY ALWAYS BEING ANGRY AND BITTER JUST BECAUSE THEY CANNOT DO THEIR JOB RIGHT.
