I would like to say I've used this company many times prior and they where just fine. However, I used them last year to handle a ticket and I thought everything was fine after I paid there fees... A few weeks ago I found out my license was suspended because I never paid court fines from the case they handle.. I contacted the people at ticket clinic to fine out what happened and they said they email and mailed me the notice that I needed to pay court fines...

I knew they where lying so I ask the lady what exact date they sent out the email so I can check my email and verify.. She didn't know when the email was sent and couldn't tell me when the letter was mailed.

Now my license is suspended, I owe $600 in court fines and another fee to activate my license because they didn't even try tell me that I need to pay the fees furthermore, she said that they are no long responsible and hung up. .. They lost a customer, if possible go with another company. Do not use them!!!.

This was my first speeding ticket in a few years. I was worried because the ticket was super pricy and decided to hire a attorney to represent me for the first time too. The process was very easy. I signed up online and within 30 days of the process they kept me inform of the hearing date. The day after the hearing my case was dismissed with no points on my record and ticket clinic notified me of the case closed. I’m worry free now and had a great experience. Highly recommend!

2 red light tickets... original fine of the tickets were $140 each ($280 to pay no lawyer no defense). I was instructed to wait until the tickets lapsed so that i could get a court date. I let that happen and they were now 277 each 554 for paying both without representation. I paid these sharks $70ish each ticket. about $700 later and NO SUCCESS. one ticket was waiting on another court decision for 2 years and the other was shot down. It still is my fault for getting the ticket, but why would you even advertise if you cant deliver. where is the 0 stars button? I wont come back and I wont recommend.

Horrible! I walked in for 2 tickets and I paid $175 for both, then they send me a letter saying I had to pay $269 dollars extra in total I had to pay $444.. I do not recommend this place at all!! I should of just paid the tickets and it would of came out way cheaper!
