Worst experience with them, I knew of them from a company I use to work for but having to deal with them one on one was HORRIBLE!! They do not return your calls/emails in a timely manner. I was told Rina Kaplan was no longer my attorney but her husband Michael Kaplan was which I was never notified of the change. last I spoke to the paralegal I informed her that I was not comfortable with the place they were sending me to for therapy (it was one of those 411 pain locations that had 20 patients maybe more treating at the same time) she then told me she will request a change and notify me as soon as she gets a new therapy location. When I got back from my weekend holiday trip I received a letter stating I was dropped.

I have been requesting my records which I have yet to receive going on now two weeks.

By far the worst I should have listen to my Boss when he mentioned they were horrible for business.
