Stands up for his client, is respectful of the process, and knows the law. Picking someone to represent you and your interests is never easy. So do your homework, but I can highly endorse Mr. Betancourt as being one of the good ones.

Words cannot explain what Mr. Bethancourt did for my son and I. I will not get into too many details, but I will say this, if you need a family law attorney, don’t bother going anywhere else. The judges knew him, the bailiffs knew him and even the security guards as you walk into the building know him. His experience is incredible. This guy is a terrible lawyer, i had a really bad experience with this guy 4 year ago. I made the mistake of hiring him to represent me on my divorce. He says one thing and in the end takes the other persons side. It seems like i him to represent my ex husband. He also said that my ex was going to pay for the process and in the end we both had to pay for it.

In essence, i will not recommend this person for any legal affair. He will abandon you. Maybel

The worst lawyer!!! Traitor! Don't waste your money, he will sink you in a second! It was the worst experience of my life and he should be disbarred!!! Do yourself a favor and look for another Rep. This guy should not even be called "lawyer". Betrayer, Backstabber, Double-crosser!!! Does not even deserve a star!

Mr. Betancourt is extremely bias and unethical. He claims to be a guardian for children but what he is advocating for is his pocket. Mr. Betancourt is not competant to be a guardian for children. He should be ashamed of himself. He has placed children at risk and does not care what happens to them at all.
