Let me begin by saying that I'm not big on writing reviews, only reading them because I've never felt strongly enough to put aside my time to praise or bash anyone on social media. However, the magnitude of issues and the level of harassment I had received from the father of mytwo children, his girlfriend and opposing counsel had been paramount. For this reason I felt compelled to divulge to the world how Mr. Kaplan changed not only the direction of my case, but my life!

I had hired and fired two different attorneys prior to turning to Mr. Kaplan. After no other attorney was willing to help me after reviewing the pages and pages of dockets on my case, Mr. Kaplan didn't even hesitate. Just to tell you that after just three months of complicated motions and hearings, I can say without even flinching that he not only knows law, but is so good at defending my kids. He is a father himself, so putting himself in my shoes wasn't really all that difficult. He knows his way around the courtroom, everyone knows him and is very well respected by Judges and other lawyers, particularly opposing counsel, which has been a thorn on my family's side since day one. Believe me when I tell you that I had been struggling with depression, anxiety and had become a major cynic because of always having to be one step ahead of the kid's fathers' sociopathic tendencies. If anyone has ever dealt with this type of behavior, it is not easy.

Now, in just a few months, my whole life has changed. These people, meaning the father of my children, his girlfriend and opposing counsel, no longer take up my time, my energy or my thoughts because for the first time I feel things are under control. I believe it's because of Mr. Kaplan's demeanor, knowledge and his demand of respect in the courtroom that has subsided this high conflict case as much as it has. He's always on time, calling me asking me where I am and prepared to go in a win!

....But what I like most about Mr. Kaplan is how he helps me see things differently when it comes to the situations I am put in by the father. He's taught me not to sweat the small stuff. He is level headed and very responsive whenever I need to speak with him. He never talks to me through his Paralegal like my prior attorneys. He is straight with you and tells you like it is, which I appreciate a lot. He's reasonable and not money hungry either. He tells you what you get for your money and he delivers on it.

So, if you are in the same situation that I was, please don't hesitate and give him a chance to defend you. You will not regret it! And I am legit. Not a friend or a relative. I am just a client that is thrilled to have Mr. Kaplan on my side.

Horrible service, never on top of things. Rarely answered an email. Had 3 meetings in my whole case. Promises things he never met. Was friends with opposing counsel and fought more for them than me. Had to get another attorney who could not believe what he agreed to on mediation like letting opposing counsel hold a deed to a house they had already agree to let me keep. You can-t refinance this way.

He used games and threats using my daughter to get me to settle. Never hire an attorney unless is highly recommended by someone you know. This one tells you he knows what is going on and you can tell he is not on top of things juggling too many cases. His assistant answered incorrectly to petitions. It was a mess and all games at the end. He actually withdrew when he saw I made it tough on him which I did on purpose to see where he would go while I had already seen another attorney. The reviews here had to be planted.

Let me begin by saying, I am truly impressed with how professional Mr. Kaplan is. He is great at what he does. He is always available to speak with me when ever I need him. He explains everything thoroughly about the case and even offers advice. He has won our case and we are very very pleased. Mr Kaplan has been an amazing attorney. I gave Kenneth Kaplan $10,000 to have my daughter returned to me, after she was custodially kidnapped, and has been abused repeatedly to the point of hospitalization, twice. He lied to me and said there was not a child support hearing, when in fact there was... Also a 300lb man took my phone and restrained me from accessing it during this hearing, that allegedly was not happening. Therefore I could not attend. However instead of Kenneth Kaplan saying it was a misunderstanding we'll just talk to the judge, he kept my $10,000 and withdrew as my attorney. He refused to file any motions and hearings on my behalf. I hired him because he's allegedly one of the best attorneys in Miami for family court. Apparently he just takes your money and refuses to do any work and throws you under the bus. Now I'm sitting here without an attorney wondering how to get my kidnapped child back, that has been hospitalized twice from abuse, all thanks to Kenneth Kaplan.

I am very appreciated to have a lawyer like Kenneth Kaplan. He is the best and well known. FALSE REPORT POSTED IN MY NAME BY PATRICIA PATTY BONNER AND JESSE JACKS . This false review was posted after 5/20/19 when a judge ruled in favor of the child going to the fathers school. The school happens to be better rated and more suited to the child and his intellect. Why a mother would not want the best for her only child is beyond me.
My family has gone out of their way to love this woman even after her negative behavior throughout many years. The father is outstanding. We do not understand this highly erratic behavior that is targeting the only people who have helped her without wanting anything in return.

You get what you pay for with this attorney here. My wife hired him for our case that has been going on for 2 yrs. We had over 10 statements, videos, pictures, voice mails & over 40 pages of a home study ruling in our favor. Everytime spoke with him about our case after we paid that retainer it was like he never broke the seal to see what was in our case.

He was Asking questions as if it was the first time he was speaking to us. He rarely answered emails and was barely present to answer the phone. He is quick to bill us for the work or lack of work he was doing not to mention we had to call several times for him to file a motion.

He always had his assistant answer the calls who had NO CLUE what was going on. We had a visit scheduled weeks before the case and he made us wait 1 HOUR!!! We just had to leave and did not meet with him because we had to work. The day of our court session our attorney Kenneth Kaplan DID NOT BOTHER TO SHOW UP!!! He sent his assistant. My wife did 90% of the talking on our case for our daughter who is being put in harms way by her drunk father. His attorney was aggressive and spoke over my wife because the assistant did not know anything. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY, YOU WILL REGRET IT, HE IS ONLY $275 FOR A REASON, HE DOESN'T DO ANYTHING BUT BILL YOU. HE IS A FRAUD AND SHOULD NOT BE PRACTICING LAW!!! I hired Mr. Kaplan for my divorce case on 2008 and he has been my attorney since then. We have been in court many times and we have never lost an instance. After losing in court on my child support case I was devastated.
