I was referred to Flazman Law Group for a car accident. When I first went to the office I was greeted by Mr. Flaxman secretary Barbara she was very knowledgeable. She took her time with me and cared a lot about my case. She checked in with me time to time to find out how Myself and my daughter was feeling. Barbara is a great person. Mr. Flaxman and I spoke and he as well was a very caring person. Mr. Flaxman worked very fast on mine and my daughters case and was done within a couple months. When I was done with my case I told Barbara that I would refer people to Mr. Flaxman which I have already and they are very pleased with the out come with the office. I will always come back to Flaxman Law Group which I have for a bigger case. And once again Mr. Flaxman is doing a great job with helping win my case.

I was involved in an automobile accident and I contacted Attorney Charles Flaxman. I researched his experience and found out that he was an Insurance Adjuster before he became an Lawyer. Unfortunately I didn't have a viable case because the other driver of the vehicle had no insurance. Mr. Flaxman accepted several telephone calls from me and took the time to explain my rights despite his inability to represent me. He educated and explained the process so I knew exactly where I stood. I was impressed with his professionalism and expertise so I wanted to share my experience with others. It is a rare in this day and age to have an Attorney assist you and provide advice on more than one occasion and not charge a perspective client. He is an excellent Lawyer.

Stay FAR AWAY from this place! And I mean football field length far worse office I've ever dealt with took them 4 months to even find a police report after calling me multiple times asking me for the report number. Never contacted me again 4 months later I call to my surprise I was spoken to already about my case being closed (lie #1) I never received a call from them at all, secondly I was given an excuse that didn't even make sense so when I fact checked her she switched her reason to something else which also didn't seem truth, so I fact checked again and guess what? That's right the reason changed yet again so after this happens about 2 more times we hang up the phone as I'm in complete shock and guess who calls me back to admit her reason didn't make any sense and that she now found the true reason lol just to show you how they handle your file so after all this I call a different lawyer and to no surprise that lawyer tell me this is a load of crock. Stay far away very unprofessional lots of lies and never a direct answer let my mistake be a lesson to all of you. If I could give 0 stars or even negative I woild.
