I've worked with Brian on several issues in the past few years. He helps all parties find a place of the highest good, and he represents me in a way that reflects that intention from the outset. He diffuses situations with humor and intelligent inquiry, without which I feel difficult disagreements can spiral out of control and end up costing so much more in the end. ; I very much admire the way he works, with the recognition that nothing in life is a zero-sum game, and I've always been so grateful to have Brian on my team.

I worked with Brain during a difficult divorce. He was forthcoming and helped manage my expectations for an eventual resolution to my case. Throughout the process he showed compassion for my situation and worked diligently towards a satisfactory settlement on my behalf. He went above and beyond for me and was able to breakdown the divorce process in a way that made it manageable during a turbulent time in my life.

Brian is great. He listens. He is reasonably affordable. He cares. He is thoughtful. He is perceptive. He is warm and genuine. He's not at all anything that lawyers get a bad rap for.

I first came to see Brian because he offers mediation services and because he understands domestic violence. The way he explained it to me, if two parties can work out a deal between themselves, without having to get a court involved, the end result is a much more palatable one: less cost, shorter timespan to resolution, both parties come away having been heard and getting some of what they want. And mostly, just less stress involved.

In some cases, mediation doesn't work, because certain people are just not agreeable to compromise and truly want to hurt others. In that case, Brian provides law services like any other lawyer. But you do have to decide up front what you want; mediation? or do you want to retain him as your lawyer? You can't have both, because that would be a conflict of interest.

It's really ideal to have those options with Brian and he will guide you through the process.

Because my other post is to old to be taken down I will up date it with this one
As Brian explaned if you want someone to represent you, you should find a lawyer. The mediation process is not for everyone. I give mediation one star and Brian 3 for trying
