I'm a fellow lawyer in the valley and have known all of the lawyers in this firm for 10 or more years and Viscomi and Gersh for close to 20 years. Micheal and Judah, in particular, are top notch, smart, ethical lawyers who bring a good does of common sense and practicality to the table.

I've always known them to be timely, professional and well regarded in western Montana, if not the entire state.

There is clearly some trolling going on with these reviews and anyone reading them should feel free to call me if they desire more inforamtion about this firm, to which I regularly refer clients.

Judah is a kind, open-minded, and valued member of the Whitefish community. He and his family do not deserve the abuse they have suffered. I thank them for their brave fight in the face of hatred and racism. There are so many standing behind the Gersh family.

Amazing law firm. They rise above the rest with integrity, compassion and grace. Their strength is with you through the entire process.

Reporting this "firm" to Montana Bar Association. They failed in providing me services in a professional manner. Why do they even have law licenses?

well first I was fleeced of my lifesavings in an intricate Ponzi scheme by this company and then they had the gall to file harassment charges ,oy !! then I paid $1488 trying to get back to montana by train only to be forced to accept defeat in this matter.. the sufferinks!!

Why do I keep getting a bill for my "free" consultation? NEVER AGAIN!

Horrible attorney. Payed him over 25k and he lost a trial that *anyone* could have won. He barely put time into the case. Even went on a 2 week vacation, returning only THREE DAYS before the trial. Avoid at all costs.
