Karen did a good job for me when it came to buying a new place. However, she has never finished the title transfer for my house which she promised to do for free. I mailed her a copy (the only copy I had) of my late husband death certificate since she needed the original and never got it back either.
I contacted her numerous times, email, voice messages etc., and ask her to at least return the certificate back to me. I've never heard back from her. Very disappointing since she came highly recommended from a good friend.
