Probably one of the most unprofessional law offices in Victoria. Building is in renovations and they made no effort in cleaning the inside, it's a dive. No one greets you when you walk in, I stood there for over 10 minutes and had to make noise to get someone to come out of an "office". At that point, an assistant comes in out in full yoga gear, and moved us into another room that has open ceilings, dirt everywhere, smelled like cardboard and drywall.
The lawyer herself did her job, after much miscommunication and wasted time, billable of course. Not impressed. There is no shortage of lawyers in the city so she should try harder with service.

I had an ICBC vs ICBC claim with this lawyer and despite new legislation pending, they did their best to ensure I was adequately compensated for my injury sustained. The office is very well run and I will most assuredly use this office for future concerns.
